This section has been designed to help users understand the transition to our new portal. If you cannot find the answer to your question in the sections below, please email carolyne.p.roche@accenture.com and we’ll have the answer with you as soon as possible.

 
 

General Membership queries

Q: Will my membership automatically renew?

A: No. At the end of each business year, your firm will need to renew your membership. A member of our sales team will contact the representative for your firm to ask if they would like to continue the membership.

Q: How do I upgrade my membership?

A: If you would like to request a membership upgrade, please contact info.aimbi"@accenture.com and a member of our team will be in touch shortly.

 

LogIN/out and user Credentials queries

Q: Will my login credentials change?

A: No but we do suggest you visit the ‘Your Account’ section and reset your password.

Q: What if I can’t remember my password?

A: You can request a password reset by clicking ‘Forgot Password?’, then follow the instructions.

Q: Which email have I signed up with?

A: This will usually be your business email. If you’re unsure which email this is, please message our team on info.aimbi@accenture.com and we’ll be happy to help.

 

Events related queries

Q: How do I RSVP to an event?

A: Simple. Click ‘RSVP’ on the event you’d like attend and it will be added to your events.

Q: Will I have access to all the event?

A: You will only have access to the events which are within your permission group.

Q: How will I receive event materials?

A: You will see event material appear on the portal within a few days of the forum or conference.

 

Research and Insights related queries

Q: How do I view research and insights relevant to my business function?

A: You can search or browse the Research and Insights section of the website by using the tabs in the navigation bar.

Q: In which formats are the insights available?

A: The materials will be different depending on the topic. There will be a mix of PDF, PPT, audio and video.

Q: Are there any restrictions on what I can do with the downloaded Research and Insights?

A: Yes. This information cannot be resold or directly replicated but you can use the information within your firms business as usual activities.
