Our process ensures we match the best candidates with our clients in terms of experience and personality. We ensure that we fully understand the requirements of the client, allowing us to recommend the most suitable candidates.

We have a strong network of associates and contractors, and we are able to attract quality candidates because of our reputation, from which we receive many direct and recommended referrals. Because we don’t head hunt candidates we rely on our active network of individuals who we are proud to introduce to our clients.

We conduct extensive screening and face-to-face interviews with candidates before submitting them for roles that are appropriate for the client and the candidate. The expert knowledge of our experienced principals and consultants means that we can accurately test the candidate's understanding of the investment industry. This approach has proven itself to be successful and continues to ensure that only the most appropriate candidates are put forward for each position.
