S-J is an experienced consultant working on Operational and IT projects. Her business experience spans the investment process in the front office (portfolio management and trading) right through to middle and back office operations (risk, compliance, legal, settlements, valuation and accounting) for all asset types including derivatives.

S-J has over 17 years of experience in financial services in both global transfer agency business, as well as core investment management. S-J has authored three Intelligence reports (OTC Derivatives Update, Collateral Management and OTC Derivatives Evaluated) and has managed a wide variety of projects, covering operations, front office, middle office, client reporting and outsourcing. Projects include an outsourced service provider selection, assessing and implementing OTC derivative capability on legacy systems for asset managers and third party administrators, in-house development of fixed income trading systems, detailed process flow documentation, collateral management system selection and establishing a fixed income operation in India.
