S-J is a senior project manager and business analyst for both Operational and IT projects. Her business experience spans the investment process in the front office (portfolio management and trading) right through to middle and back office operations (risk, compliance, legal, settlements, valuation and accounting) for all asset types including derivatives.

With over 15 years experience in financial services, in both global transfer agency business as well as core investment management.  S-J authored the Collateral Management and OTC Derivatives Evaluated papers and has managed a wide variety of projects, covering operations, front office, middle office, client reporting and outsourcing. These projects include assessing and implementing OTC derivative capability on legacy systems for asset managers and third party administrators, in-house development of fixed income trading systems, detailed process flow documentation, collateral management system selection and establishing a fixed income operation in India.
