Doug Neill
Principal, Investit AustraliaDoug heads our Australian office which opened in early 2008 supporting both existing clients who are working globally and new clients based in Australia.
Doug formed the Chief Operating Officers’ forum in Australia to facilitate the collective discussion about local and global issues affecting the industry as a whole. He has also been responsible for developing a deep reaching operational assessment and alignment methodology allowing firms to truly assess the value of their IT and operational investment.
Prior to joining Investit, Doug was IT Director at AMP Capital Investors and had previously held senior positions at Cogent Investment Services and AMP Asset Management. At AMP Doug was responsible for the sale of Cogent to BNP Paribas and the de-merger of AMP from the UK businesses - primarily the separation of AMP Capital Investors from Henderson Global Investors.
At Cogent, Doug played a key role in developing the institutional business in London. He also worked as IT Project Director responsible for the merger of Pearl Assurance Investments, London Life Investments and the international portion of AMP Investments, into the newly formed AMP Asset Management.
