Clare Vincent-Silk

Clare Vincent-Silk has worked in the financial sector for over 25 years, coming from a technical background developing front office systems solutions for broker dealers. In 1993 Clare moved over to the buy-side where she designed order management systems and provided front office pre-sales support and general consultancy.

Prior to joining Investit in April 2005, Clare's previous two positions were Business Relationship Manager for the front office for Dresdner RCM and Morley Fund Management where she had the following roles: project management; front office IT strategy; system selection and implementation of front office applications which covered functionality from research to trade execution.

While at Investit Clare has been responsible for writing three Investit Intelligence research papers: Front Office systems and e-trading; Operational Risk and Compliance and The Changing World of the Buy-Side Dealer. She has helped many investment management companies to become compliant with MiFID as well as assisting firms with front office system strategies and selections.
