Catherine Doherty

Catherine Doherty heads up the research services at Investit, and specialises in strategic consulting requirements.

She has spent the last four years managing Investit Intelligence, which takes a COO's-eye view of the problems behind the scenes in investment management companies. Her research papers include "Managing an Investment Management Firm" and "Funds Pooling". Between the papers she has continued to work in her core areas of strategy and planning as well as working on specialist system selection assignments. She is now heading up the business expansion work at Investit, leading the firm's development into new markets and new products.

Catherine has worked in investment management for over 20 years and has been with Investit since 1998. Prior to joining Investit she worked at Gartmore, GAM and BZW.
