Brian Hill

Brian Hill is an associate consultant in Investit's Operations practice and has over 40 years of experience in the investment management and finance industries. Brian has particular expertise in investment, transition manager and custodian product offerings and relationships in the pan-European market. He also co-authored the Investit Intelligence research report titled “Asset Servicing…Value added for whom?”.

Prior to joining Investit, Brian was a partner at Watson Wyatt where he headed the Continental European investment consulting business. Whilst in this role, Brian founded Watson Wyatt's global custody consulting business which gained industry recognition. At the time he was named by Global Custody magazine as one of the most influential 50 people in global custody. Previously Brian was Partner at Pragma Consulting, headed Mercer Investment Consulting's Asset Planning Services in Continental Europe and was the Assistant Treasurer Europe for Monsanto. Here, he was responsible for the asset side of Monsnato's European finances and for all their pension funds in Europe and MENA. Brian started his investment and financial career in 1969 in banking, first with Barclays and then with the Royal Trust co. of Canada.
