We work with investment managers and asset servicing companies to improve middle and back office operational systems and processes. We work closely with both types of firm to ensure data is managed efficiently. We advise and assist both investment management and asset servicing firms on outsourcing deals, ensuring the most effective and efficient relationship possible. We can review internal control processes and systems and advise on how to reduce operational risk exposures, and reduce exposure to the risk capital adequacy demands of Basel 2.
