Conducting client audits A number of investment management firms have engaged us to conduct client satisfaction audits, whether company wide, or asset-class specific. We have developed a proven approach to client audits that allows us to assess all aspects of the client management relationship, using both quantitative and qualitative techniques.

Enhancing client management We have worked with investment management firms' client management functions to establish action plans to improve client satisfaction.

We help structure client service teams to ensure the appropriate, and most efficient, level of service is offered to each client.

Enabling business change programmes We have run business change programmes at investment management firms to transition client management processes, people and deliverables to keep them aligned with business strategy.

Revolutionising client reporting processes We are experts on client reporting processes. We have helped investment management firms benchmark their client reports, rationalise fragmented reporting processes and significantly improve client report production - often without the need for new systems. We have also been engaged to advise investment managers on common practice in the reporting of OTC derivatives in client reports. We have selected factsheet production platforms for investment management firms and implemented client reporting systems in both the UK and US.

Conducting detailed client management research We have completed two substantial research projects on client reporting and client management at investment management firms.
